Healthcare Technology

Health tech platforms managing patient data, provider workflows, and legacy systems that are expensive to replace and risky to ignore.

Healthcare technology teams are usually managing two problems at once: a core system that's too critical to rip out and too old to move fast in, and a growing set of provider- or patient-facing workflows that need to be genuinely usable, not just functional.

We see a lot of legacy modernization work in this space specifically — systems built a decade or more ago, still running the business, with nobody left who fully understands every code path. The right approach is rarely a rewrite; it's usually incremental extraction, strangler-pattern migration, and building a safety net of tests around behavior nobody documented the first time.

On the newer end, intelligent document processing has real traction — intake forms, referrals, and provider notes that currently get re-keyed by hand are a strong fit for structured extraction with human review. We build these systems with the assumption that a human checks anything before it's treated as ground truth in a clinical or administrative workflow.

We do not claim HIPAA certification or specific compliance attestations unless verified for a given engagement — compliance scope is defined per project, not assumed.
